Shipping Policy – Tiny Treks

1. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. When your order ships, we will send you a separate shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey and estimate its delivery date.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your SPAM or Junk folder. If the email is still not found, contact us at rmfaqezvdyup@hotmail.com for assistance.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at rmfaqezvdyup@hotmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the products for a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

3. Address Corrections

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at rmfaqezvdyup@hotmail.com. We will make every effort to update the address before dispatch. However, once the package has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

You are responsible for any fees associated with address corrections (e.g., carrier address correction fees). Failure to provide a correct address may result in the package being lost or returned to sender. Tiny Treks is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses (restrictions may apply). We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

5. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. We offer the following shipping options:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Processing time is added to shipping time.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Tiny Treks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

6. Free Shipping

From time to time, Tiny Treks may offer free standard shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

7. Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the United States, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. State sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Tiny Treks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location and tracking your delivery. If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update, and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the damage (box and product) before opening. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rmfaqezvdyup@hotmail.com with your order number and photos. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
