Return and Refund Policy – Tiny Treks

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items:

Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care
Personalized or custom-made products

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include the following in your email:

Order number
Product name(s) you wish to return
Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, defective, changed mind)
Photos (if reporting a defect or damage)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping Costs (USA)

For non-defective returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
For defective or incorrect items (our error): Tiny Treks will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Tiny Treks is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

Partial refunds may be granted for:

Items that are not in original condition (e.g., missing parts, damaged packaging)
Returns initiated after 30 days (at our discretion)

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Warranty Claims

Tiny Treks products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase. If you believe you have a defective item, please contact us at rmfaqezvdyup@hotmail.com with photos and your order number. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.
